I currently work as a Production Engineer at Kingfisher plc, where I lead efficiency initiatives, design ergonomic workspaces, and implement lean strategies to reduce waste. My role also involves collaborating with suppliers to drive process improvements and support sustainable manufacturing practices.
I have a strong background in layout planning, automation systems, and the application of Kaizen principles. Previously, I held engineering positions in Turkey, where I was responsible for machinery planning, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
